Underwater
Sports in Federal Way offers the following PADI diving courses:
PADI
OPENWATER DIVER COURSE
This complete course
runs for 2 consecutive weekends: 1 session of Friday evening plus full day
sessions on Saturday/Sunday followed by open water dives on the next
Saturday/Sunday. Some preparation is required prior to the first
classroom session. This course provides all of the basic skills,
diving science, and safe practices in the classroom, pool, and open water
environment. All diving equipment is included.
Course fee: $200. Currently on sale for $150 per person.

Personal Gear: Diving Mask, Snorkel, Fins, Boots & Gloves
(Note: All Bahamas
trip participants will need a Diving Mask, Snorkel, and Fins. Boots and
Gloves may be rented for your certification dives as these will not be required in the Bahamas.)
Note:
There may be an additional fee for a DVD. If the Troop
participates together and shares DVD, we can bring the collective cost down a
bit.

following diving course(s):
BEGINNING
OPENWATER COURSE
This complete course
runs for 3 consecutive weeks, meeting either twice per week or on
weekends. Check with your local Lighthouse Facility for specific
times. This course provides all of the basic skills, diving science,
and safe practices in the classroom, pool, and open water environment.
All diving equipment is included in this course.
